I cannot remember the final time I actually slept former 9am! Ever since my kids had been born, I am up early, my showers are rushed, breakfast time is rushed, and we struggle to escape the door on time every morning.(Image: Does this sound familiar to anyone? That said, I really like being a busy mom of two kids and wouldn't trade it for the planet! Portion healthy and hearty breakfasts to the youngsters during the school week is usually tricky. We moms usually go for quick breakfasts, like cereals, granola pubs, oatmeal, frozen waffles or pancakes. Breakfast time will be the most important meal of your day, but who has time to cook a popular and hearty breakfast every morning before heading out the doorway? I need something I possibly could grab and heat up quickly, while getting the kids ready. These mini frittatas will be the ideal breakfast to make in advance to serve on occupied weekday mornings, and everyone will like them! You can eat them refreshing from the oven, or shop them in a box in the fridge or fridge, and utilize them as needed. Just reheat them within the microwave and they're going to taste almost as effective as when you first made them. These little bites aren't just great for kids within the mornings, but also to take to work, or simply to have in the home for the entire family to eat for breakfast, lunch, or like a snack. Sausage, turkey, and surface meat are also great ingredients to use to make these mini frittatas, or, for any meatless version, you should use roasted reddish colored peppers, mushrooms, asparagus and broccoli. Just be creative and make use of your kids' favorite vegetables, meats and an assortment of cheeses. You can serve them alone, or for a far more well-rounded breakfast, with fresh fruit, dairy and chocolate orange liqueur cake juice on the side.
