You guyssssssss. I have made so many banana breads during the last few days. Sometimes I wish I could stop baking however when I obtain the urge to, I just can't prevent. I think I'm an addict. HELLLLLPPPPPP. Because of my baking urges, I'm often up late at night; regrettably I don't get the chance to picture the recipe since it's dark and because I'm a small amount of a perfectionist. But occasionally I just want to talk about a recipe with you right away therefore i required these photos with my iPhone… hope you don't mind! This coconut oatmeal banana bread is simply fantastic. I've managed to get twice within the last two times and my partner definitely adores it. Little does he understand it's healthful! Hehe I earn the best partner award. To keep carefully the bread over the lighter side, I used oats, minimal sugar, coconut dairy, and greek yogurt. There's only a little over a tablespoon of coconut oil in the complete recipe! For a little indulgence, I added mini chocolate chips and coconut because who doesn't love a little delicious chocolate? The sprinkle of coconut is lovely on top because the coconut toasts when the bread bakes. If you want to allow it to be even healthier, try updating some or every one of the flour with whole wheat grains pastry flour or white whole wheat grains. Skinny Chocolate Coconut Oatmeal Banana Bread Prep time: 15 mins Cook time: 50 mins Total period: Ingredients 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 1 1/2 tablespoons coconut or olive oil 2 teaspoons vanilla extract extra coconut flakes and chocolate chips, for sprinkling Instructions Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease a 9 inches loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray. In medium dish whisk collectively flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; set aside. In large bowl, beat collectively mashed bananas, darkish sugar, oil, vanilla, and egg whites until well combined. Stir in greek yogurt and coconut dairy. Add dry ingredients towards the wet, and mix until just combined. Gently collapse in coconut flakes and chocolate potato chips. Sprinkle a tablespoon or two or chocolates chips and coconut on top of the loaf of bread, if preferred. (I love it because the coconut gets toasted if you bake it.) Pour batter into ready loaf pan and bake for 45-60 moments or until blade comes out nearly clean with a few crumbs attached. Cut into 15 pieces and enjoy! Feel free to substitute fifty percent of the flour for whole wheat flour. Simply add another tablespoon of dairy. can this be made with gluten free of charge flour if so, which kinds could you recommend using and how much of each I am baking this now, as I type. I bake quite often, so, I eyeballed the amount. so I hope someone can help with the changes
