And remember, all this comes on the heels of the Justice Dept. If you liked this write-up and you would like to receive a lot more details regarding kindly stop by the website. having a default judgment against the two ON TAPE New Black Panther's outside the Philly poll during the election in '08. Remember? Nightstick in the hand of at least one of them? Heard the video have ya? The part where one of them says something like “Get ready to be ruled by the Black man, Cracker.” Yeah, that's fine, huh. And then the Justice Dept. drops the case. Yet somehow it's Tea Partier's and those against the Obama agenda that are racists?

(Image: much arrogance and sheer gall must one have to demand his party pass Obamacare despite the massively clear majorities who screamed 'NO!“ in no uncertain terms, and to do so appealing to the caucus to “not let the Obama presidency fail?”(paraphrased) So should Republican's have supported Nixon without fail through the Watergate mess because “we can't let the Nixon presidency fail?” That is an asinine premise if ever there were one.

ALEX SINK (D), FLORIDA GOV. CANDIDATE: Well, very quickly, because I have to go back to these charges that have been levied about me in the previous comment that he made. But let me tell you my plan for immigration.

Unfortunately, this tactic doesn't work for long. A condition of being admitted to the U.S. as a visitor is that you truly plan to leave at a specific point in time. You must also keep a home abroad to which you can return. If an INS officer sees from the stamps in your passport or hears from your answers to questions at a border checkpoint that you are spending most of your time in the U.S., he or she will conclude that you are an unauthorized resident. Then you will be stopped from entering the country. On the bright side, if you can be content with dividing your time between the U.S. and some other country, you can continue that lifestyle indefinitely with a visitor's visa. As a visitor, you can engage in many activities.

So now Latin nations are filing legal paperwork against one of the states of this nation - Arizona, and over the Immigration Arizona which is almost a mirror image of the immigration laws in the Federal codes - the USC. Of course, since the Feds are suing a state for their mirror image law, I guess that's carte blanche for Latin countries to follow along. Yeah…progressive political leadership is sorta like Alice in Wonderland, ain't it?

This morning Arizona Governor Jan Brewer was whining to Greta Van Susterenthat President Obama did not invite her to the immigration talks he is holding at the White House. This occurred on the heals of Brewer's snub of the Tea Party when she vetoed Arizona's eligibility bill which many worked so hard to get through the Arizona legislature. The disdain with which Obama is treating the governor is the same disdain the governor is using towards the Tea Party when it comes to the eligibility bill. It is almost as if this is therapy for her. She resents being trashed so she has to take it out on well meaning people like the Tea Party and she goes out of her way to trash them. There is a type of human being who thinks this way.

I don't think immigrants are coming to this country to set up meth labs. If they are, they'll quickly be disposed of by the true blooded American citizens who are not only already doing that, but are also hell bent on protecting their turf by any means necessary.

Lastly, last night I was informed by my daughter who is about to get married that I will be a first time grandfather come next January or February. I am looking forward to that more than you can believe. The last thing I want is to NOT see my grandchild born and grow into an adult, with me at their side every moment of their life. My family is thrilled no end, so the last thing I want is a nation in turmoil, but the nation and our laws and history are more important than any one of us - including Barack Obama and his hopeful supporters. Sorry for the length.

Nice job by the Mets grabbing a much needed win last night against the Atlanta Braves. Following the ugly four game sweep at the hands of the Marlins, there wasn't a newspaper within 50 miles of Times Square that wasn't hysterically demanding Jerry Manuel's head. The 3-2 victory yesterday lifted the Mets out of the cellar… Mets fans need to accept that a summer of agita awaits them. Their ball club is streaky and is just as likely to lose five straight as it is to win five straight. It's going to be some roller coaster ride in Flushing this summer…
